胃溃疡穿孔行胃大部分切除术与单纯修补术治疗的效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探索单纯修补术和胃大部分切除术用于胃溃疡穿孔治疗的效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2016年6月收治的胃溃疡穿孔患者100例作为研究对象，随机分入到对照组和观察组中，对照组患者采用胃大部分切除术治疗，观察组患者采用单纯修补术治疗，对比分析两组患者的手术时间、下床活?邮奔洹⑽赋?功能恢复时间等指标值。结果：观察组患者的手术时间、下床活动时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间均比对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在胃溃疡穿孔治疗中单纯修补术治疗效果确切，对患者的创伤小，术后恢复快，且操作简单，在符合单纯修补术适应证时，可优先选择该术式治疗。 　　【关键词】 胃溃疡穿孔； 胃大部分切除术； 单纯修补术； 胃肠功能 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.32.011 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）32-0023-02 　　Analysis of the Effect of Partial Resection and Simple Repair of Gastric Ulcer Perforation/WEI Haiyi.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（32）：23-24 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of partial resection and simple repair of gastric ulcer perforation.Method：100 cases of gastric ulcer perforation admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，the control group was treated with subtotal resection of the stomach，he observation group was treated with simple repair.The operation time，ambulation time and recovery time of gastrointestinal were compared between the two groups.Result：The operation time，ambulation time，gastrointestinal function recovery time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the treatment of simple repair in treatment of patients with gastric ulcer perforation，has less trauma，faster postoperative recovery，short-term and long-term curative effect，and has the advantages，so with the simple repair indications，the surgical treatment may be preferred. 　　【Key words】 Gastric ulcer perforation； Subtotal gastric resection； Simple repair； Gastrointestinal function 　　First-author’s address：Huanjiang People’s Hospital，Huanjiang 547100，China 　　穿孔是胃溃疡的一种并发症，在发病时患者会出现突发性的剧烈腹痛，主要为刀割痛或灼烧痛，进而疼痛扩散到全腹[1]。胃溃疡穿孔的发病急，且病情严重，若不及时治疗可能诱发中毒性休克等急重症，威胁患者生命安全[2-3]。在临床治疗中，胃大部分切除术和单纯修补术是常用的手术方法，但是关于这两种手术的疗效还存在一定争议，为研究这两种手术的治疗效果，特开展本次对照研究，汇报如下
