胃镜下喷洒凝血酶治疗上消化道出血的临床效果观察 　　摘要：目的 观察分析胃镜下喷洒凝血酶治疗上消化道出血患者的临床效果。方法 本次研究资料均随机选自在本院接收治疗的上消化道出血患者，治疗时间为2014年4月～2016年4月，共选择102例患者作为研究对象，且按照随机数字抽取表法将102例患者分为对照组和观察组，每组各51例患者。其中对照组患者采用常规治疗方式，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上实施胃镜下喷洒凝血酶治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及住院时间等进行比较。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率为90.56%，不良反应发生率为7.55%，住院时间为（9.24±2.35）d；对照组患者治疗有效率为77.36%，不良反应发生率为24.53%，住院时间为（15.83±4.62）d，数据比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对上消化道出血患者采用胃镜下喷洒凝血酶治疗具有显著的治疗效果，能够有效改善患者出血现象，降低不良反应发生率，缩短住院时间，具有明显的治疗价值。 　　关键词：上消化道出血；凝血酶；胃镜 　　Abstract：Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of bleeding in patients with digestive tract endoscopic spraying on thrombin treatment. Methods The data in this study were randomly selected in our hospital to receive treatment for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding，the treatment time for the April 2014～2016 year in April，a total of 102 cases were selected as the research object，and according to the random number table extraction method 102 patients were divided into control group and observation group，51 patients in each group.The control group were treated by routine treatment，the observation group received endoscopic therapy in the control group based on spray thrombin treatment，the two groups of patients with treatment effect，hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared.Results In the observation the effective rate of treatment group was 90.56%，the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 7.55%，hospitalization time was（9.24±2.35）d；the effective rate of the control group was 77.36%， the adverse reaction rate was 24.53%.And for the length of time（15.83±4.62）d，with statistically significant data difference（P0.05）.Conclusion For patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding by endoscopic spraying thrombin treatment has obvious curative effect， can effectively improve the patients with bleeding，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，shorten the hospitalization time，have therapeutic value the obvious. 　　Key words：Upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage；Thrombin； Endoscopy 　　上消化道出血
