There is still no effects of drugs to reverse the liver fibrosis. In recent years numerous studies have confirmed that bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells in the the body and outward have the potential of differentiation to liver cell, it is expected to repair or reverse the process of liver fibrosis. The genetically modified stem cells maintain the directly differentiation characteristics, while corresponding factor can improve the efficacy and is compensate for the lack of simple MSCs transplantation therapy.
