东华大学硕士学位论文 东华大学硕士学位论文 阻燃聚酰胺 6 及纤维的制备与性能研究 flame retardancy of PA6, MCA and AlPi were introduced synergistically into PA6 to prepare MCA/AlPi/PA6 which was compared with MCA/PA6 system and MCA/Sb2O3/PA6 system, the result indicates that synergistic flame retardancy is better than the single flame retardant because adding AlPi can enhance the effect of condensed phase flame retardancy of PA6, promoting char formation, and associate with the vapor phase of MCA makes the flame retardancy of MCA/AlPi/PA6 superior to MCA/PA6 and MCA/Sb2O3/PA6. Finally, the fire retardant PA6 fibers were prepared with FRPA6 resins by melt-spinning, and the morphology, degree of orientation and crystalline properties were characterized. The results show that: flame retardants uniformly dispersed in PA6 fibers, and have a good compatibility with the matrix. γ crystalline of PA6 fibers is fewer than PA6 resins, but the introduction of MCA and AlPi promotes the formation of γ crystalline. The tensile strength of the flame retardant PA6 fibers decreased owing to the loss of molecular weight and stress concentration of flame retardants, but it still meet the general requirements of fibers for textile use. The application of MCA/AlPi synergistic flame retardant in PA6 fibers shows excellent flame retardancy under a simple vertical burning test.
