This article respectively using SEC classification system requirements and Chinese relative standards to evaluate the storage of Anding oil field, Zi Chang, the both of these systems’ determined ways based on the volumetric methods, considering the standard results of SEC system, using SEC standard, the key point of confirm area is drilling and formation test material, and the key point of determine the thickness is the economy. This article still using the SEC system’s dynamic calculation for confirming the accuracy is excellent. After that, the SEC system’s results has showed the effective thickness of oil-gas area and developed reserves is more less than the evaluation of Chinese standards, the reason for this situation is the SEC system is pay more attention to the economic, timeliness and the certainty of the information. The oil reserves evaluation difference between the results obtained by these two standards is 20%, in other words there still has 80% level could be accepted, the article has proved the Chinese evaluation standards has mutually corresponding comparable in the international relative filed.
