护理管理干预对减少慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院费用效果及影响因素分析 　　[摘要]目的 分析护理管理干预对减少慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者住院费用的效果及影响因素。方法 回顾性分析我院2015年2月～2017年2月90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床资料，根据护理管理方法分为两组，每组45例。常规组实施常规护理管理；全面组实施全面护理管理。比较两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、护理管理满意度、护理纠纷发生率；比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、护理前后患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪状况和生活质量。结果 全面组护理管理满意度明显高于常规组，护理纠纷发生率明显低于常规组，住院时间明显短于常规组，住院费用明显少于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；护理后全面组患者SAS评分、SDS评分和SF-36评分均优于常规组（P0.05）。结论 全面护理管理干预可有效减少患者不良情绪，加速疾病康复，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用，促进患者生活质量的提升和满意度的提高，减少护理纠纷的发生，值得推广。 　　[关键词]护理管理干预；慢性阻塞性肺疾病；住院费用；效果；影响因素 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（c）-0102-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To analysis the effect of nursing management intervention on hospitalization expenses of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influencing factors.Methods Clinical data of 90 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the nursing management method，the patients were divided into two groups，45 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with routine nursing management，and the comprehensive group was given the comprehensive nursing management.The prevalence of hospitalization，hospitalization and nursing management satisfaction and the incidence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.The total effective rate of treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，anxiety and depression of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results In the comprehensive group，the satisfaction rate of nursing was significantly higher than that of the conventional group，the incidence of comprehensive group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group，the hospitalization time of the patients was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group，and the cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than that of the conventional group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）；after treatment，the scores of SAS，SDS，SF-36 in the comprehensive group were sign
