老年患者髋关节置换手术的麻醉护理配合研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨老年患者髋关节置换手术的麻醉护理配合。方法 选取2015年11月10日～2016年8月11日于我院行髋关节置换手术的老年患者100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例。对照组采用常规麻醉护理配合，观察组采用优质麻醉护理配合，比较两组患者的手术时间及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者手术时间[（50.40±1.27）min]短于对照组[（65.12±1.29）min]，护理满意度[（95.01±1.18）分]高于对照组[（70.45±2.45）分]，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 髋关节置换手术为创伤性较大的手术，通过在该项手术中对老年患者实施优质麻醉护理配合，不仅能缩短髋关节置换手术时间，还能取得较高的患者满意度，值得进一步推广和应用。 　　[关键词]老年患者；髋关节置换手术；麻醉护理配合 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（b）-0190-03 　　Study on anesthesia and nursing coordination of hip arthroplasty in elderly patients 　　GU Xiao-wen 　　Department of Anesthesiology，the Cancer Hospital of Anshan City in Liaoning Province，Anshan 114036，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the anesthesia and nursing coordination of hip arthroplasty in elderly patients.Methods 100 elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty in our hospital from November 10th 2015 to August 11st 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anesthesia nursing，while the observation group was given high-quality anesthesia nursing.The operation time and the nursing satisfaction were compared two groups.Results The operative time in the observation group [（50.40±1.27） min] was shorter than that in the control group [（65.12±1.29） min]；the nursing satisfaction [（95.01±1.18） points] was higher than that in the control group [（70.45±2.45） points]，and the difference were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Hip arthroplasty is a traumatic operation.It is not only possible to improve the time of hip replacement surgery，but also to achieve high patient satisfaction.It is worthwhile to obtain high quality anesthesia care for elderly patients in this operation to further promote and apply. 　　[Key words]Elderly patients；Hip replacement surgery；Anesthesia and nursing coordination 　　?y关节置换手术在临床中应用较为广泛，受到多数老年髋骨骨折患者青睐，其不仅能代替人体骨关节、还具有良好的生物相容性，在患者实施手术过程中，麻醉在手术中十分重要，实施一项良好的麻醉护理，手术室护理人员以及医生
