Transfer system of the domestic waste, as one of the key elements of municipal solid waste disposal, is the important part of waste management system and the safe disposal and resource recovery system. Therefore, the establishment of a rational layout of the waste transfer system, the change of the bottleneck in garbage disposal system to be the hinge, is not only the needs of the scientific environmental infrastructure, but also the necessary way to improve the environmental efficiency of investment. For China, the economic development had been made considerable progress, but after all has not well-off funds and the environmental management and pollution control efforts also need to strengthen. How to achieve the best coordination of the transfer efficiency and environmental protection is the focus of this paper. First of all, this paper analyzes the differences in disposal of solid waste in the small cities towns and big cities, further details the importance of transfer in waste disposal, and gives more details in transfer system, transfer patterns and the type of transfer stations. Secondly, the paper discusses the layout of the Municipal Solid Waste and the secondary pollution bringing by the waste disposal, particularly the secondary pollution prevention in the waste transfer process.
