中国农业银行苏州分行集中运营模式优化研究 中文摘要 中国农业银行苏州分行集中运营模式优化研究 中文摘要 近年来,商业银行间竞争日趋激烈,复杂多变的内外部环境对农业银行的运营 管理提出了更高的要求。农业银行在运营体系建设方面创新性的提出了“集中作业、 集中监管、集中授权”的三集中体系建设。农业银行苏州分行作为农业银行系统内 部的标杆行,在运营管理方面理应走在前列。从 2010 年起,农业银行苏州分行积极 导入“三大集中”模式,开始了转变运营模式的探索。 论文以商业银行集中运营的概念和背景为切人点,首先梳理了农业银行集中运 营模式的内容和形式,其次通过分析农行苏州分行现有运营管理模式的不足,引出 了实施集中运营模式的必要性,然后分析了苏州农行推行集中运营模式可能存在的 障碍和解决方法,并针对上述障碍提出了在苏州分行推行集中运营模式的流程和方 法,并就实施集中运营模式后可能带来的业务风险提出了针对性的监管方法和手段。 希望本文的研究能对农业银行进一步推进集中运营模式能起到导引和借鉴作用。 关键词:集中运营 流程再造 优化 作 者:朱 翊 指导老师:周华明 III 英文摘要 中国农业银行苏州分行集中运营模式优化研究 Agricultural Bank of China Suzhou branch centralized operation mode optimization research ABSTRACT In recent years, the competition among commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce, put forward higher requirements of complicated internal and external environment of the Agricultural Bank in the operation and management.
