摘要 摘 要 I I 美国次贷危机的爆发，使得众多新兴经济体重新反思以往经济发展所存在的弊端。转 方式、调结构成为振兴我国经济的主攻方向。 在顺应举国转型大背景下，中西部城市争相承接东部产业转移，发展模式只是重复东 部的发展路径，无法根本性缩小区域差距。因此，笔者认为，西安市需跨越式发展，另辟蹊 径，立足优势，弥补不足。在城市转型中，应优先发展服务业，尤其是发展高附加值的高新 技术、服务外包等产业。 本文通过将城市转型对服务业发展影响因素进行量化处理，定量分析其与服务业的关 联度及对服务业发展的促进度。同时，选取服务业内的各主要行业为样本，实证分析服务业 行业发展对城市经济的影响。从而为西安市未来的发展方向及发展时所必须改进的弊端提出 相应对策建议。 关键词:城市转型；服务业；影响因素；定量分析 A Abstract II II With the burst of subprime crisis in America, more emerging economies began to realize the inadequacies of previous economic development pattern. Pattern transition and restructuring became the top issues to develop China economy. Under this circumstance, the Mid-West cities rushed to bring in Eastern industry transfer. Since the development pattern is coping from Eastern cities, it is hard to narrow the regional gap. Thus, the researcher suggests that Xian city should change strategies to develop in a different way. During the city transformation, we should develop service industry in prior, particularly the high technology industry and outsourced service industry with high added value. This paper analyzed the influence of city transformation on service industry and its relevancy. On the other hand, the researcher analyzed the influence of service industry on city transformation by analysis of samples taken from the major service industry.The results put forward some suggestion for the Xian city transformation and development in the future.
