整合素β1和TIMP―1在子宫内膜腺癌中表达研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究整合素β1与TIMP-1在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征等因素间的关系。 方法 选取2013年1月～2014年10月本院60例子宫内膜腺癌组织作为研究组，20例正常子宫内膜组织作为对照组，应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测其整合素β1和TIMP-1的表达情况，分析两者与子宫内膜腺癌的关系。 结果 整合素β1在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率为76.67%，高于对照组的15.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；整合素β1表达程度与癌细胞的组织学分级呈正相关（P0.05），与手术病理分期呈正相关（P0.05）。TIMP-1在子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达率为65.00%，高于对照组的25.00%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。子宫内膜腺癌中整合素β1与TIMP-1的阳性表达率呈正相关（P0.05）。 结论 整合素β1和TIMP-1与子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展有关，联合检测整合素β1和TIMP-1在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达，对辅助判断子宫内膜腺癌的恶性程度、转移潜能及预后有重要的参考价值。 　　[关键词] 整合素β1；TIMP-1；子宫内膜腺癌 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）09（a）-0008-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of intergrin-β1 and TIMP-1 in human endometrial adenocarcinoma and the relationship between each other. Methods From October 2014 to January 2013，60 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues in our hospital were selected as the research group，and 20 cases of normal endometrial tissues as the control group.The immuno-histochemical method was used to examine the expression of intergrin-β1 and TIMP-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue and the normal endometrial tissue separately.The relationship between the two and endometrial adenocarcinoma was analyzed. Results The expression of intergrin-β1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue was 76.67%，higher than 15.00% in control group，it was related with differentiation of cancer cells and operation pathologic staging（P0.05）.Positive correlation was found between intergrin-β1 and TIMP-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue.
