改进流程管理对手术室护理管理工作效率及患者满意度影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨改进流程管理在手术室护理管理中的应用价值，以及对工作效率及患者满意度的影响。方法 回顾性分析2015年3月～2017年3月于我院行手术治疗的90例患者的情况，依据是否采取改进流程管理分为对照组、观察组，每组45例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上行改进流程管理。7 d后，比较两组的护理质量、护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理配合、卫生消毒、护理记录、手术环境、器械管理评分及总评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的总满意度为95.56%，高于对照组的73.33%（P0.05）。结论 手术室护理管理中应用改进流程管理意义重大，可提高护理质量，促进护患和谐，值得推广。 　　[关键词]改进流程管理；手术室护理管理；工作效率；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（c）-0123-03 　　Influence of improving process management on the work efficiency of nursing management and patients′ satisfaction degree in operation room 　　FANG Liang ZHENG Qin▲ 　　Operation Room，the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330006，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of improving process management in nursing management of the operation room，and the influence on work efficiency and patients′ satisfaction degree.Methods The sitution of 90 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were analyzed retrospectively，according to whether to improve the process management group，patients were divided into the control group and observation group，and there were 45 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing，while the observation group was given the improving process management on the basis of the routine nursing.After 7 days，the nursing quality and satisfaction degree between the two groups were compared.Results The score of nursing care，hygiene disinfection，nursing record，surgical environment and instrument management score and overall score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and there was a statistical significance （P0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.56%，which was higher than that of the control group （73.33%） （P0.05）.Conclusion Improving process management applied in the operation room has a great significance，which can improve the nursing quality and pro
