摘要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘 要 为了能够及时、全面、准确地反映教学情况，近年来，各个高校都引进了教学质量评价体系。教学质量评估在教育评估中起着举足轻重的作用。论文主要运用因子分析、主成分分析和聚类分析对12个指标的指标体系36位教师进行综合分析，最终得出综合排名并进行比较。在主成分分析过程中考虑到第一主成分可能由于贡献率不够高而不能够直接作为评价函数，所以用聚类分析对主成分得分数据进行聚类，然后再根据每一类的第一主成分平均值大小进行排序，最后在每一类中按第一主成分大小得出最终排名。而通过因子分析能够反映出各位教师在教学方法、教学内容、教学态度以及教学基本功上的情况，这样有利于教师找到自己在教学中的优势和不足，并且能够进行针对性地改进，提高教学水平。 关键词　教学评价；因子分析；聚类分析；主成分分析 燕山大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 燕山大学本科生毕业论文 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II Abstract In order to timely, comprehensive and accurate reflection of the teaching situation, in recent years, various colleges and universities have introduced the teaching quality evaluation system. In the course of consideration of principal component analysis to the first principal component may be due to the contribution rate is not high enough and not directly as an evaluation function, so think of using cluster analysis of the principal component score data clustering, and then under each category first the average size of the main component sort, the last in each category according to the first principal component size that the final ranking.
