整体护理在急性坏疽性胆囊炎应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理在急性坏疽性胆囊炎的应用效果情况。方法 整群选取并分析该院2012年3月―2014年8月收治的100例急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者临床资料，依据护理措施不同进行分组，对照组（给予基础性护理措施）50例和整体护理组50例。观察两组急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者生存质量评分和并发症的发生率情况。结果 整体护理组急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均优于对照组，t=4.42、5.21、4.56、4.32，整体护理组急性坏疽性胆囊炎患者心律失常、切口感染、坠积性肺炎、水电解质紊乱均低于对照组，χ2=7.04、7.04、4.75、7.01，P0.05，差异均有统计学意义。 结论 整体护理在急性坏疽性胆囊炎应用，可以明显提高患者的生存质量，降低并发症的发生率，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 整体护理；急性坏疽性胆囊炎；应用 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0157-03 　　Application Effect of Holistic Nursing on Acute Gangrenous Cholecystitis 　　LI Song-mei 　　Second Department of General Surgery， First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College， Baotou， Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region， 014010 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of holistic nursing on acute gangrenous cholecystitis. Methods An analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 cases with acute gangrenous cholecystitis admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to August 2014. The patients were divided into the control group and the holistic nursing group with 50 cases in each in accordance with the nursing intervention given to them.
