新型宫内节育器临床效果探析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨临床应用新型宫内节育器（安舒环）的效果。方法：本次选取200例育龄期置宫内节育器妇女，均为笔者所在医院2014年1月-2015年1月收治，随机分组，对照组（n=100）采用MCu宫内节育器放置，观察组（n=100）采用新型宫内节育器（安舒环）放置，放置后进行为期12个月的随访，观察两组临床效果。结果：观察组不良反应率为6%，优于对照组的35%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组总终止率为5%，优于对照组的32%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：新型安舒环与女性子宫内的形态相适应，脱落率较低，方便取放，操作较为简单，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 新型宫内节育器； 安舒环； 效果分析 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.2.006 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）02-0013-02 　　The Clinical Effect Analysis of New Type Intrauterine Device（Medicated-γ Intrauterine Device）/ZENG Lin-rui.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（2）：13-14 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the clinical application on the effect of new type intrauterine device（medicated-γ intrauterine device）.Method：200 women with intrauterine device at child-bearing period were selected in this study.All of them were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015，they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（n=100） was placed with MCu intrauterine device，and the observation group（n=100） was placed with new type intrauterine device（medicated-γ intrauterine device） with 12-month-follow-up visit after placement to observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Result：The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 6%，which was better than 35% of the control group，and there was statistical significance between the two groups（P0.05）.The general termination rate of the observation group was 5%，which was better than 32% of the control group，and there was statistical significance between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The new type of medicated-γ intrauterine device is matched with the morphology of the female uterus with low expulsion rate.It is convenient to pick and place with easy operation，so that it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 New type intrauterine device； Medicated-γ intrauterine device； Effect analysis 　　First-author’s address：The Seventh People’s Hospital of Chengdu，Chengdu 610041，China 　　?m内节育器（IUD）是一种作用于女性子宫腔内的避
