整体护理干预对气管插管老年患者生理与心理健康影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨整体护理干预对气管插管老年患者生理与心理健康的影响。 方法 将我院重症监护室危重呼吸疾病患者40例分为治疗组与对照组，各20例，两组都采用常规进行口头宣教与护理，治疗组在此基础上采用积极的整体护理干预措施。 结果 经过治疗后，治疗组治愈率为90%，对照组治愈率为70%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。治疗组的生存质量评分总掌握率为90%，对照组为70%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。经过护理后，治疗组自我效能感得分明显低于对照组（P 0.05）。 结论 气管插管是治疗老年呼吸重症患者的有效方法，合理的整体护理干预能提高治愈率，且提高生存质量，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 危重呼吸疾病；重症监护室；整体护理干预；生理；心理 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] C [文章编号] 1673-7210（2012）01（b）-134-02 　　 　　Influence of holistic nursing intervention on the physiology and psychological health of elderly intubated patients 　　XIU Jie 　　Respiratory Care Unit of South Building, General Hospital of PLA, Beijing 100853, China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the influence of holistic nursing intervention on the physiology and psychological health of elderly intubated patients. Methods 40 elderly intubated patients in the ICU of our hospital were divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). The patients of the two groups adopted the conventional missionary and oral nursing, on this base, the treatment group was added positive holistic nursing intervention. Results After treatment, the cure rate of the treatment group was 90% and was 70% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The controlled rate of life quality scores in the treatment group was 90% and was 70% in the control group, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). After nursing, self-efficacy score of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05).
