新生儿泪囊炎与剖宫产关系及治疗探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨新生儿泪囊炎与剖宫产的关系及治疗。方法 整群选取长春市儿童医院2014年3月―2016年3月收治的新生儿泪囊炎患者262例（284眼），随机分为2组各131例（142眼），两组均给予均采用泪囊局部按摩、泪道冲洗、泪道探通治疗，比较两组与分娩的关系和治疗效果。结果 A组剖宫产新生儿泪囊炎发生率占68.9%，阴道分娩发生率31.3%；B组剖宫产新生儿泪囊炎发生率占66.4%，阴道分娩发生率33.6%，两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；A、B两组剖宫产新生儿泪囊炎发生率显著高于阴道分娩（P0.05）。A、B两组泪道探通治愈率分别为94.0%、92.7%，明显高于泪囊局部按摩、泪道冲洗（P0.05），差异均有统计学意义。结论 新生儿泪囊炎与剖宫产有密切关系，治疗时根据患儿年龄及生理特点选择适宜的方法，对提高患儿治愈率、安全性有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 新生儿泪??炎；剖宫产；关系；治疗 　　[中图分类号] R856.76 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）10（c）-0048-03 　　Study[Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between neonatal lacrimal sac infection and cesarean section. Methods Group selection 262 cases （284 eyes） with neonatal lacrimal sac treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 in were selected， Randomly divided into 2 groups of 131 cases（142 eyes）， Two groups were treated by lacrimal sac lacrimal passages， local massage， treatment of lacrimal passage， The relationship between the two groups and the treatment effect was compared. Results The incidence rate of neonatal tears in A group was 68.9%， The rate of vaginal delivery was 33.6%， There was no difference between the two groups （P 0.05）； The incidence rate of neonatal lacrimal sac in two groups of A and B was significantly higher than that in vaginal delivery（P 0.05）. A， B two groups of lacrimal passage the cure rates were 94%， 92.7%，That is obviously higher than that of the lacrimal sac local massage， lacrimal passages （P 0.05），the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Neonatal lacrimal sac inflammation and cesarean section have a close relationship， According to the age and physical characteristics of the children， the appropriate methods of treatment were selected， It is of great significance to improve the cure rate and safety of the patients. 　　[Key words] Neonatal lacrimal sac inflammation ；Cesarean section；Relationship ；Treatment 　　新生儿泪囊炎是新生儿时期常见的眼科疾病，由于胚胎时期鼻泪管下端的残膜没有退化，阻塞鼻泪管下端，泪液和细菌在泪囊内潴留而引起继发性感染。我国新生儿泪囊炎的发病率可达5%～6%，仅次于上呼吸道感染[1]，如不及
