基于遥感影像的佛山市禅城区土地集约 利用评价 王亲1，刘星星1，许新宇2 （1. 兰州大学西部环境教育部重点实验室，兰州 730000； 5 2. 兰州大学资源环境学院，兰州 730000） 摘要：随着城市化进程的加快，城市发展对土地的需求不断增加，土地的集约利用就显得尤 为重要。本研究首先根据 2007 年遥感影像对佛山市禅城区土地利用现状进行了分析，在此 基础上，结合 2003～2007 年间的佛山市统计年鉴数据，采用层次分析法，从土地经济效益、 社会效益、环境效益等角度对禅城区土地集约利用进行了综合评价，结果表明：2003 年～ 10 2007 年间，禅城区土地集约利用的综合指数在 0.35～0.84 之间，处在一个中度粗放向高度 集约转变的过程，辖区内的土地集约利用有较大潜力可挖；禅城区土地集约利用中经济效益 得分最低，说明经济效益的潜力最大，应当成为今后挖潜的方向。 关键词：土地集约利用；遥感影像；层次分析法；禅城区 中图分类号：F301 15 Study on Urban Land Intensive Utinization of FoshanChancheng Based on Remote Sensing WANG Qin1, LIU Xingxing1, XU Xinyu2 (1. College of Earth and Environmental Science, Lanzhou University, LanZhou 730000) Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization, urban development calls for increasing land, in which case intensive land use stands out. Based on the analysis of the land use in Chancheng District, Foshan City with remote sensing in 2007 and the data contained in the statistical yearbook of Foshan City between 2003 and 2007, the researcher using AHP (the analytic hierarchy process) presents a 25 comprehensive evaluation on the intensive land use in Chancheng District from the perspective of land economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit etc. The result shows that first, between 2003 to 2007, the aggregate index of intensive land use in Chancheng District is between 0.35 to 0.84, indicating a transition from moderate extensiveness to high intensiveness, which shows great potential for intensive land use in this district. Second, the land economic benefit scores lowest, which indicates 30 the greatest potential and should be taken as the top priority.
