Because of the particularity of O2O insurance mode , it can merge the online and offline business together . Internet insurance not only does have advantages , but also solves some shortcomings of the traditional e-commerce mode basically . This paper compared the traditional insurance e-commerce modes , analyzed the shortcomings of internet insurance , and considered the O2O insurance e-commerce mode . This paper discussed O2O mode’s advantages from two aspects , the comparative analysis of traditional e-commerce mode and the application of O2O e-commerce in insurance . 【Key word
