有手术适应证不稳定桡骨远端骨折采取保守治疗与手术治疗疗效观察 　　摘要：目的 分析研讨有手术适应证的不稳定桡骨远端骨折采取保守治疗与手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 本次讨论中所研讨的72例均随机从我院2015年1月～2016年5月收治的不稳定桡骨远端骨折患者中筛选而出，随机将72例患者分为对照组和研究组，对照组采取保守治疗，研究组采取手术治疗。将两组治疗结果纳入对比讨论中。结果 研究组患者的总有效率91.67%比对照组72.22%要高，组间数据有统计学意义（P0.05）；研究组患者并发症发生率5.56%比对照组22.22%要低，组间数据有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于有手术适应症的不稳定桡骨远端骨折采取手术治疗，其疗效显著，并发症少，安全性高，临床应用价值大。 　　关键词：不稳定桡骨远端骨折；手术适应症；手术治疗；保守治疗；临床疗效 　　Observation of Clinical Effect of Conservative and Surgical in Treatment of Unstable Distal Radius Fractures with Operative Indication 　　CHEN Chang-bo 　　（Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology，The Affiliated Hanyang Hospital of Wuhan University of Science and Technology of Xintian Branch，Wuhan 430000， Hubei，China ） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze and probe into the clinical effects of conservative treatment and surgical treatment in treatment of unstable distal radius fractures with operative indication. Methods 72 patients who were discussed in this discussion were randomly selected from the patients with unstable distal radius fractures and who treated in our hospital from January，2015 to May，2016，and 72 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group.In the control group was treated with conservative treatment while in the study group were treated with surgery.Then，the results of the two groups were included in the comparison and discussion. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 91.67% ，which was higher than that in the control group of 72.22%， and the data was statistically significant （P0.05）；The incidence of complications in the study group was 5.56%，which was lower than that in the control group of 22.22%， and the data was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The surgical treatment for the unstable distal radius fractures of the distal radius，which the clinical effect is significant， the complication is low， the security is high， thus the clinical application value are high. 　　Key words：Unstable distal radius fractures； Surgical indicat
