曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：进一步研究和探讨曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床优势，从而为相关研究提供借鉴和参考。方法：选取本院2010年12月-2012年12月期间入院治疗的冠心病心力衰竭患者124例为研究对象，随机分成治疗组和对照组，每组62例，观察比较两组患者实施不同临床治疗方法后的临床治疗效果以及治疗前后的左室射血分数。结果：（1）实施治疗后，治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；（2）治疗后两组患者左室射血分数均得到了不同程度的改善，治疗组患者得分水平显著高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在临床针对冠心病心力衰竭患者实施治疗的过程中，采用曲美他嗪治疗临床效果显著，是临床治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者的可靠选择。 　　【关键词】 曲美他嗪； 冠心病； 心力衰竭； 临床???效 　　The Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease （CHD） Heart Failure/ZHANG Sheng，HE Shun-de.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（35）：023-025 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To further study and discuss the comparative advantage of Trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease （CHD） heart failure， so as to provide reference for related research. Method： 124 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） heart failure in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object， and they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， and 62 patients in each group. The clinical treatment effect after treatment and left ventricular ejection fraction for the two groups before and after treatment were taken for observation and comparison.Result：（1） After treatment，the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.（2） After treatment， the left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups were with different degrees of improvement， the score level score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： In clinical treatment for coronary heart disease （CHD） heart failure patients，the treatment effect of trimetazidine is significant， and clinical treatment of heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） is a reliable choice. 　　【Key words】 Trimetazidine； Coronary heart disease；
