无缝隙护理管理模式在手术室外来器械管理中应用探讨 　　【摘要】目的：观察无缝隙护理管理应用于手术室外来器械管理的应用效果，以保障患者安全。方法：从2013年9-12月我院将无缝隙护理管理模式应用于手术室外来器械的管理中，将该期间于我院进行骨科手术并应用外来器械的180例患者作为观察组，另选取2013年5-8月于我院进行采用外来器械进行骨科手术，并未采用无缝隙护理管理模式的180例患者作为对照组，比较两组在器械使用过程中的差错率，评价无缝隙管理模式对于外来器械管理应用效果。结果：未采用无缝隙护理管理模式的对照组中，共64例外来器械清洗不净，占35.56%，7例数量缺失，占3.89%，34例包装不规范，占18.83%，4例手术延误，占2.22%;而采用无缝隙护理管理模式的观察组中，仅有2例包装不规范，占1.11%，未见清洗不净、数量缺失、手术延误等情况。两组外来器械管理情况差异显著（plt;0.05）。结论：无缝隙护理管理模式可使外来手术器械实现规范化管理，保证灭菌质量，节约成本，保证患者手术安全，提升医疗水平，值得推广。 　　【关键词】外来器械;手术室;无缝隙;管理模式 　　[Abstract] Objective： To observe the application effect of seamless nursingmanagement application in the operation room external equipment management，to ensure the safety of patients. Methods： in our hospital in 2013 9-12 months will be seamless nursing management mode applied to the external device in the management of 180 cases of the operation room， the Department of orthopedicsin our hospital during operation and application of exotic instruments of patientsas the observation group， select another 5-8 months of 2013 in our hospitaldepartment of orthopedics operation by foreign equipment， not the use of 180cases seamless nursing management of patients as control group， theinstruments used in the process of error rate between the two groups， seamless management model for the effect of the application of external equipmentmanagement evaluation. Results： the control group without non break nursingmanagement mode， a total of 64 cases of foreign equipment cleaning is not clean， accounted for 35.56%， 7 cases of the number of deletion， accounted for 3.89%， 34 cases of packaging is not standard， accounting for 18.83%， 4 cases ofdelayed operation， accounting for 2.22%; while the observation group seamlessnursing management mode， only in 2 cases the packaging is not standard，accounting for 1.11%， no clean ungodliness， number of missing， operationcondition such as delay. Two groups of foreign equipment management had significant difference （pamp;lt; 0.05）. Conclusion： seamless nursing
