早期针灸治疗结合功能训练对脑卒中患者疗效及生存质量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 评价早期针灸治疗结合功能训练对脑卒中患者的临床疗效及生存质量的影响。 方法 选取2009年1月～2013年12月本院收治的73例脑卒中患者，随机分为两组，其中对照组36例，给予功能训练；观察组37例，在对照组的基础上给予早期针灸治疗；治疗12周后比较两组的临床疗效与生活质量评分。 结果 观察组神经功能缺损评分（NDS）为（22.5±3.4）分，对照组为（28.1±6.2）分，两组的比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组生存质量测定量表（QOL）评分为（77.9±6.7）分，对照组为（70.3±3.2）分，两组的比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 早期针灸治疗结合功能训练对脑卒中患者的临床疗效显著，能有效提高其生存质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 针灸；功能训练；脑卒中；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R245 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（c）-0122-03 　　Influence of life quality and effect of early acupuncture therapy combined with functional training in the treatment of patients with stroke 　　XIAO Yan-hu KANG Wei GUO Li-ping 　　Department of Acupuncture，Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jishui County in Jiangxi Province，Jishui 331600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To the influence of life quality and effect of early acupuncture therapy combined with functional training in the treatment of patients with Stroke. Methods Seventy-three patients with stroke from January 2009 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group（36 cases） was given functional training.The observation group（37 cases） were given early acupuncture therapy on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy and life quality scores of two groups 12 weeks later were compared. Results The neurological deficit score （NDS） of t observation group was （22.5±3.4） points and the NDS of the control group was （28.1±6.2） points，with statistically significant difference between two groups （P0.05）；The quality of life （QOL） score of observation group was （77.9±6.7） points and the QOL score of control group was （70.3±3.2） points，with statistically significant difference between two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion Early acupuncture therapy combined with functional training in the treatment of patients with Stroke has significant efficacy and can effectively improve their quality of life，it is worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　[Key words] A
