曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症临床应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：通过探讨曼月乐治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效，旨在为提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年12月在本院接受治疗的子宫腺肌症患者260例，按照随机数字表法将其均分为研究组和对照组，每组130例。对照组患者给予米非司酮治疗，研究组患者放置曼月乐治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后经量评分、月经周期及经期，记录治疗前后痛经评分、子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度及血清CA125变化，并比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：研究组患者治疗后经量评分为（0.63±0.26）分， 　　月经周期为（33.04±0.46）d，经期为（4.41±0.21）d，痛经评分为（1.02±0.18）分，子宫体积为（111.16±8.22）cm3，子宫内膜厚度为（6.47±2.51）mm，血清CA125为（17.25±2.69）U/mL，均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的治疗总有效率97.69%明显高于对照组的81.54%，差异有统计学意义（ 字2=18.2260，P=0.0000）。结论：曼月乐用于子宫腺肌症是一种安全、高效的治疗方式，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 曼月乐； 子宫腺肌症； 米非司酮； 痛经 　　Clinical Application Research of Mirena for the Treatment of Adenomyosis/ZHU Tian-bo，LYU Yan-ling，RONG Jun，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（09）：120-123 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of Mirena for the treatment of adenomyosis，in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of patients.Method：Two hundred and sixty patients with uterine adenomyosis admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected，and divided into the research group and the control group according to the random number table method，130 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mifepristone，the research group was given Mirena for treatment.The menstrual volume score，menstrual cycle and the menstrual period between the two groups before and after treatment were compared，and the score of dysmenorrheal，uterine volume and endometrial thickness and serum CA125 changes between the two groups before and after treatment were recorded.The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.Result：In the research group，the menstrual volume score after treatment was （0.63±0.26）points，the menstrual cycle was （33.04±0.46）d，the menstrual period was （4.41±0.21）d，the dysmenorrhea score was （1.02±0.18）points，the uterine volume （111.16±8.22）cm3，the endometrial thickness （6.47±2.51）mm，the serum CA125 was （17.25±2.69）U/mL，which were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences we
