无保护接生中效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 分析讨论无保护接生的临床效果以及应用价值。方法 随机选取该院2012年1月―2015年6月入院待产的120名正常分娩产妇作为研究对象，采用数字随机法将其分成对照组与研究组，每组各60名，对照组选择传统的保护会阴方式分娩，而研究组选择无保护会阴接生方式分娩，对两组的产妇产后出血、新生儿窒息以及产妇软产道裂伤等情况进行分析统计。 结果 两组产妇完成分娩后，对两组产妇的软产道裂伤程度会阴侧切率以及产后母婴并发症等进行分析统计，研究组的软产道裂伤程度以及会阴侧切率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 无保护会阴接生法既操作省力，还可以有效的减少产妇会阴侧切率降低会阴裂伤程度，同时还不会对新生儿产生不良影响，有助于产妇的预后，在临床中值得广泛推广应用。 　　[关键词] 无保护会阴；接生；临床效果观察 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（a）-0104-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect and related value of unprotected delivery. Methods 120 cases of expectant puerperae with normal labor in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were randomly selected as the research object and divided into control group and research group by digital random method with 60 cases in each. The control group chose the traditional way of protecting the delivery of the perineal approach， while the study group chose the way of unprotected perineum delivery in childbirth， postpartum hemorrhage， neonatal asphyxia and maternal soft birth canal laceration of the two groups of puerperae were statistically analyzed. Results After delivery，the degree of soft birth canal laceration episiotomy rate and postpartum complications of the two groups of puerperae were statistically analyzed， The soft birth canal laceration degree and episiotomy rate in the study group were significantly lower than the control group ， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Unprotected perineum delivery method is not only an easy operation and can effectively reduce the maternal perineal side cut rate to decrease the degree of perineal laceration ， at the same time， it will not have a bad effect on the newborn， which is helpful to the maternal prognosis and is worthy of widely promotion and application in clinic. 　　[Key words] Unprotection of perineum； Delivery； Clinical effect observation 　　随着现代医学的发展进步，产科也得到了很大的发展，而助产专家们也不断的探索研究更加现代化的产时服务模式，降低产妇会阴侧切率，并使产妇顺产率得到提升[1]。分
