无托槽隐形矫治技术与传统固定矫治技术对患者牙周健康影响对比研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨无托槽隐形矫治技术与传统固定矫治技术对患者牙周健康影响差异。方法：选取2016年1-12月本院口腔科收治的牙周矫治患者100例，随机分为?φ兆橛牍鄄熳椋?每组各50例，观察组患者采用无托槽隐形矫治技术进行治疗，对照组患者采用传统固定矫治器的方法进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及牙周健康指数。结果：观察组患者的倾斜牙矫正时间、转位牙扭正时间以及完成治疗所需的时间均比对照组要短，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组治疗后，GI、SBI、SPD三项均没有发生显著变化，PLI明显增加，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：两种治疗方法对牙齿畸形矫正均有很好的治疗效果，对于牙周健康指数的影响无较大差异，因此笔者认为两种矫治方式可以根据患者的需要，选择性地采取其中一种或两种进行治疗。 　　【关键词】 牙周健康； 传统固定矫治技术； 无托槽隐形矫治技术； 对比研究 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the difference of the effect of occult orthodontic technique without bracket and traditional fixation technique on periodontal health of patients.Method：From January 2016 to December 2016，100 cases of periodontal correction were randomly divided into two groups，the control group（n=50）and the observation group（n=50）.The patients in the observation group were treated with the technique of invisible correction without brackets，while the patients in the control group were treated with the traditional fixed appliance.The clinical efficacy and periodontal health index of two groups were compared.Result：In the observation group，the correction time of the oblique teeth，the positive time of transposition and the time needed to complete the treatment were shorter than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.There were no significant change of GI，SBI and SPD in the control group after treatment，PLI was significantly increased，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Both treatments for teeth deformity have good treatment effect，no large difference to the influence that the periodontal health index，so the author believes that according to the needs of patients，two types of malocclusion can selectively to take one or two of treatments. 　　【Key words】 Periodontal health； Traditional fixed correction technique； Non-bracket invisible correction technique； comparative study 　　First-author’s address：Shenyang Medical College Affiliated Hospital，Shenyang 1100
