天津职业技术师范大学 Tianjin University of Technology and Education 毕 业 论 文 专 业： 自动化 班级学号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 教授 摘 要 X射线的发现导致了X射线机的应用，而X射线本身的穿透能力又使得它得以在医学领域占有不可替代的作用，它可以透视人体的内部组织的影像，不仅如此，在牙科也得到了更深入的使用，而随着电子技术及计算机技术的发展，开关电源技术也越加成熟，它为X光片机的设计提供了非常巧妙的方法，但由于开关电源的高频化，X光片机也同时向着高频化得方向驶进，因此近几年来，X光片机的设计也得到了不断的完善。 X光片机的发展方向为，小型化，高频化，智能化，而在这样的发展趋势下，X光片机内部的X射线管上的高压电源和内部的恒流电源电路也得到了优化和改善，这要归功于PWM开关电源技术的飞速发展，因此PWM开关电源技术在X射线管的高压电路及恒流电路上的高频化和小型化的设计更加多变，也使得X光片机的电路设计愈加成熟，与此同时也采用了智能化的设计模块使其操作更加简单。 而当下的设计主要是在传统的X光片机基础上设计出更加完善的电路结构，因此要在设计中对X光片机的几个重要的电路通过开关电源技术做详细的研究，并要选择恰当的芯片已实现它的小型化的设计目的，除此之外也也要对芯片的外部电路做有效的选择，这样就使得整个系统得到优化。 关键词： X射线；高频逆变；开关电源；PWM；UC3875 ABSTRACT The discoveries of X-ray have led to the applications of X-ray machine, and the penetrating power of X-ray.
