消银颗粒治疗荨麻疹临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：分析消银颗粒治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年6月-2013年2月到本院就诊的87例荨麻疹患者作为本次研究的研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为两组，对照组42例采用西替利嗪片治疗，治疗组45例在对照组基础上加用消银颗粒治疗，治疗后对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.8%，对照组78.6%，治疗组明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者治疗前对其荨麻疹症状评分比较无差异，治疗后两组患者均有所改善，但治疗组患者的荨麻疹症状评分明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组患者的复发率与不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：消银颗粒在荨麻疹的治疗中可取得较为显著的效果，其在减少患者复发及不良反应、提高治疗效果、改善患者症状积分方面有重要价值，可在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】 消银颗粒； 荨麻疹； 临床疗效； 西替利嗪片 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To analyze the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyin granule in the treatment of measles. Method： From 2011 June to 2013 February， 87 urticaria patients in our hospital were selected as research objects， according to different treatments， they were randomly divided into two groups， control group contained 42 cases， received cetirizine tablets， 45 cases in the treatment group， based on the control group received cetirizine tablets plus Xiaoyin granules， the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups after treatment. Result： The treatment group total effective rate was 97.8%， the control group was 78.6%， the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group， the differences between the two groups was significant （P0.05）. The score of the patients before treatment of urticaria symptoms had no significant difference， after treatment， the two groups improved， but the treatment group urticaria symptoms score was significantly better than that of the control group （P0.05）， there was statistical significance. The occurrence and adverse reaction of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group， there was a significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaoyin granules in the treatment of urticaria can be achieved significant results， which has important value in patients with recurrent and reduce adverse reactions， improve the therapeutic effect， improvement of the symptoms integral， can be widely applied in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Xiaoyin granules； Urt
