滴鼻液治疗小儿鼻窦炎临床效果及毒副作用观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察滴鼻液治疗小儿鼻窦炎的临床效果及毒副作用。方法：选取2012年10月-2014年1月来笔者所在医院治疗鼻窦炎的患儿作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，给予患儿糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂加克林霉素0.15 g滴鼻，对照组在常规治疗的基础上，给予患儿0.5%麻黄素加克林霉素0.15 g滴鼻。结果：治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为85.0%和66.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗组未发生明显毒副作用，而对照组毒副作用发生率为11.67%，两组患儿的毒副作用比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂加克林霉素0.15 g滴鼻治疗小儿鼻窦炎疗效优于麻黄素加克林霉素，且无明显毒副作用，因此具有临床推广使用的意义。 　　【关键词】 小儿鼻窦炎； 毒副作用； 麻黄素 　　中图分类号 R765.21 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）6-0010-02 　　Clinical Efficacy and Side Effects of Nasal Drops in the Treatment of Sinusitis in Children/WANG Jing，SHI Huan-jie，YU Yan-qin，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（6）：10-11 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of nasaldrops in the treatment of pediatric sinusitis.Method：From October 2012 to January 2014，120 children who treatment of sinusitis in our hospital were selected as the object，they were divided into the treatment group and the control group，it was 60 cases in each group.It was provided the routine treatment and giving patients Bran Furoate Nasal Spray plus Clindamycin 0.15 g drop nose in the treatment group，but the control group was provided the routine treatment giving patients with 0.5% Ephedrine plus Clindamycin 0.15 g nasal drops.Result：The total efficiency was 85.0% in the treatment group，66.7% in the control group，It had statistical significance in two groups（P0.05）.There were significant differences in the toxic and side effects between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray plus Clindamycin 0.15 g drop nose using treatment of pediatric sinusitis curative have better effect and no obvious toxic and side effect than Ephedrine plus Clindamycin，so it has the significance of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Pediatric sinusitis； Toxicity； Ephedrine 　　First-author’s address：Fourth Hospital of Baotou，Baotou 014030，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.6.005 　　小儿鼻窦炎是儿童的常见病，其病因、症状、诊断和治疗与成人者不尽相同。各窦之发病率与其发育先后不同有关；上颌窦和筛窦较早发育，故
