炎症与异常免疫反应对类风湿性关节炎患者血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探究并分析炎症与异常免疫反应对类风湿性关节炎患者血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数（AIP）的影响。 方法 选取辽宁省抚顺市中心医院（以下简称“我院”）2012年12月～2014年12月收治的类风湿性关节炎患者51例，作为观察组；选取我院进行体检的健康志愿者50例，作为对照组。观察并记录治疗各组患者治疗前后细胞黏附分子以及炎症因子水平，统计并分析炎症因子以及细胞黏附分子与AIP的相关性。 结果 观察组患者总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、AIP均明显高于对照组（P 0.05），而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）含量明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。观察组患者C反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）、可溶性细胞间黏附分子（s-VCAM）、可溶性细胞内黏附分子（s-ICAM）、E选择素（sE-SE）水平均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。观察组患者sVCAM、sICAM、sE-SE、ESR、CRP与AIP呈正相关（r=0.726、0.502、0.204、0.465、0.646，P 0.05），sVCAM与sICAM、ESR、CRP呈正相关（r=0.645、0.422、0.784，P 0.05），sICAM与ESR、CRP、sE-SE呈正相关（r=0.483、0.511、0.486，P 0.05）。 结论 炎症与异常免疫反应与类风湿性关节炎患者AIP有明显相关性，可能参与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。 　　[关键词] 炎症与异常免疫反应；类风湿性关节炎；血脂；动脉粥样硬化 　　[中图分类号] R593.22 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）01（a）-0141-04 　　Effect of inflammation and abnormal immune response on atherogenic index of plasma of patients with rheumatoid arthritis 　　HUO Jiwei 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory， Fushun Central Hospital， Liaoning Province， Fushun 113006， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore and analyze the effect of inflammation and abnormal immune response on atherogenic index of plasma （AIP） of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
