煤矿安全管理中问题及措施 　　摘 要：近年来，随着我国经济水平的不断提高，我国城市化、工业化建设进程逐步加快，工业、化工等产业生产对煤炭的需求数量不断增加，煤炭整体需求数量的不断上升，直接导致了我国煤矿开采规模日益扩大。随着开采规模的不断扩大，实际开采过程中的安全隐患事故频繁发生，不仅严重影响了煤炭企业的安全生产工作效率，也直接威胁了开采工作人员的人身安全，是现阶段我国煤矿企业需要迫切解决的重要问题。煤矿安全管理工作是确保煤矿企业开采工作能够顺利进行的重要保障，有效的煤矿安全管理工作，既能够确保企业安全生产效率和开采工作人员的人身安全，还能有效保障煤矿开采工作得以安全、稳定地开展。纵观我国煤矿安全管理工作开展现状，依旧存在诸多问题，文章就煤矿安全管理工作中存在的问题进行分析，并提出了相应解决措施，望对我国煤矿安全管理工作提供相应借鉴。 　　关键词：煤矿；安全管理；问题及措施 　　中图分类号：TD79 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2095-2945（2018）07-0124-02 　　Absrtact： In recent years， with the continuous improvement of the economic level of our country， the process of urbanization and industrialization construction in China has been gradually accelerated， and the demand for coal in industrial， chemical and other industries has been increasing. With the increase of coal demand， the scale of coal mining in China is expanding day by day. With the continuous expansion of the scale of mining， the actual mining process of the frequent occurrence of hidden safety accidents， not only seriously affect the safety of coal production efficiency， but also forms a direct threat to the personal safety of mining staff. At the present stage， coal mining enterprises in China need to urgently solve the important problems. Coal mine safety management is an important guarantee to ensure the smooth progress of mining work in coal mining enterprises. Effective coal mine safety management work can ensure the safety efficiency of enterprises and the personal safety of mining staff. It can also effectively ensure that the coal mining work can be carried out safely and stably. In view of the present situation of coal mine safety management in China， there are still many problems.
