痰热清注射液辅助治疗慢阻肺临床疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨并分析痰热清注射液辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作的临床疗效。方法 整群选取该院2014年6月―2015年6月收治的78例慢性阻塞性肺病患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各39例，对照组患者给予头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗，观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上给予痰热清注射液辅助治疗，对比两组患者治疗的疗效。结果 观察组患者治疗有效为94.87%，对照组患者治疗有效率为76.92%，观察组明显优于对照组，两组患者对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期患者应用痰热清注射液辅助治疗具有良好的临床疗效，可在很大程度上提升临床治疗的有效率，安全性较高，且无明显不良反应，值得临床广泛应用与推广。 　　[关键词] 慢性阻塞性肺病；急性发作期；痰热清注射液；辅助治疗 　　[中图分类号] R56 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）10（b）-0134-03 　　The Observation of Clinical Effects of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Cured by Tanreqing Injection 　　LENG Li-hua 　　Department of Pharmacy， Danyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Danyang， Jiangsu Province， 212300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To probe into and analyze the clinical effects of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease cured by tanreqing injection. Methods 78 patients who suffered from the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and who accepted treatments in our hospital from June， 2014 to June， 2015 were taken as the research objects， and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group， with 39 patients in each group. In the control group， they were given the Cefoperazone Sulbactam Sodium while in the observation group， on the basis of the treatment in the control group， they were treated with the tanreqing injection. Then， the curing effects of these two groups of patients were compared. Results The response rate in the observation group was 94.87%， and the response rate in the control group was 76.92%， and the observation group was significantly better than the control group， the differences had the statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion Theclinical effects of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease cured by tanreqing injection are enough good，which can improve the clinical effect， it is safety and no obvious adverse reactions， thus should be promoted in the clinical application. 　　[Key words] Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease； Acute exacerbation； Tanre
