白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术在治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨白内障超声乳化与人工晶状体植入术联合应用在闭角型青光眼合并白内障治疗中的临床应用效果。 方法 选取本院2013年3月～2016年3月收治的闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者47例（74眼），给予患者人工晶状体植入术联合白内障超声乳化治疗，观察临床效果。 结果 术后最佳矫正视力≥0.5范围的患者占81.08%，明显优于治疗前的51.35%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；术前术后眼压比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；术后前房深度较术前明显增加，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。术后发生7例角膜水肿，经保守治疗后完全恢复，无其他严重并发症发生。 结论 白内障超声乳化与人工晶状体植入术联合应用，在治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者中具有较好的效果，能够有效改善患者视力，降低患者眼压，增加前房深度，并发症较少。 　　[关键词] 白内障超声乳化；人工晶状体植入术；闭角型青光眼；白内障 　　[中图分类号] R779 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）05-0065-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods 47 patients（74 eyes） suffering angle closure glaucoma with cataract treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were chosen. And they were treated with intraocular lens implantation combined phacoemulsification treatment. The clinical effect was observed. Results Patients with postoperative best corrected visual acuity ≥0.5 accounted for 81.08%， which was better than that before treatment with 51.35%， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The intraocular pressure before and after surgery was compared and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The anterior chamber depth was increased after surgery compared with that before surgery， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. There were 7 cases of corneal edema after operation， and they recovered completely after conservative treatment. No other serious complications occurred. Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined intraocular lens implantation has a good effect in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma with cataract， which can effectively improve the visual acuity， reduce intraocular pressure and increase anterior chamber depth with fewer complications. 　　[Key words] Phacoemulsification； Intraocular lens implantation； Angle-closure glaucoma； Cataract 　　?]角型青光眼是青光眼疾病中常见的类型之一，主要是因眼球前房角闭
