直肠癌Miles术后造瘘口护理两种方法比较 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨两种直肠癌Miles术后造瘘口护理方法的效果。方法 将整群选取的符合纳入条件的60例直肠癌Miles手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用综合护理干预，分析比较两组患者护理后的并发症发生率和生活质量情况。 结果 观察组的并发症发生率为10%，对照组的并发症发生率为33.33%，组间比较（P0.05）；观察组的心理功能、物质功能、躯体功能、社会功能等评分均高于对照组，组间比较（P0.05）。结论 护理干预方式在直肠癌术后造瘘口中护理效果显著，能提高患者的恢复信心，保持良好的生活习惯，护理后少并发症，显著提高患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 直肠癌；造瘘口；护理干预 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0170-02 　　Comparison of the Effect of Two Kinds of Nursing for the Stoma in Patients with Rectal Cancer after Miles Operation 　　GONG Zhao-rong 　　Nursing Department， Yueyang Second People’s Hospital， Yueyang， Hunan Province， 414000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of two kinds of nursing for the stoma in patients with rectal cancer after Miles operation. Methods 60 rectal cancer cases who met the conditions of this study and underwent Miles operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group， 30 cases in each group. The control group used the conventional nursing， while the observation group used comprehensive nursing intervention. And the incidence of complications and quality of life of the patients were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of complications was 10% in the observation group and 33.33% in the control group with statistically significant difference（P0.05）. The scores of psychological function， material function， physical function and social function and other aspects were higher in the observation group than those in the control group with statistically significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.
