糖尿病营养饮食及防治策略 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨糖尿病的营养饮食及防治策略。方法 选取2015年11月―2016年11月期间某社区的90例糖尿病患者为此课题的实践对象，先将其随机等分为两组，即对照组和实施组，每组45例。于研究观察期间给予两组糖尿病患者相同的健康防治策略干预管理，并在此条件基础上，实施组患者给予营养饮食干预指导；在研究结束之后，对比两组研究前后的血糖变化情况，以进一步探讨对糖尿病可采取的营养饮食及防治策略情况。 结果 健康防治策略干预管理后，两组患者的空腹及餐后2 h的血糖水平均出现下降效果；而同时实施组患者给予营养饮食干预指导后，其以上各指标水平均明显小于对照组的，且两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对糖尿病患者实施营养饮食及防治策略，可有效控制其各时段的血糖水平，对提高糖尿病患者的今后生活质量十分必要。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；营养饮食；防治策略 　　[中图分类号] R857.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）02（b）-0059-02 　　Nutrition Dieting and Preventive and Cure Strategies of Diabetes 　　WEN Xiao-bing 　　Anshan Fire Station， Anshan， Liaoning Province， 114001 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the nutrition dieting and preventive and cure strategies of diabetes. Methods 90 cases of diabetes patients in some community from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each， both groups adopted the health preventive and cure strategical intervention management， the implementation group adopted the nutrition dieting intervention guidance， at the end of research， the changes of blood glucose were compared between the two groups in order to further study the nutrition dieting and preventive and cure strategies of diabetes. Results After the implementation， the fasting blood glucose level and blood glucose level in 2 h after dinner of the two groups decreased， at the same time， after the nutrition dieting intervention guidance， the above indexes were obviously lower than those in the control group， and the differences were obvious with statistical significance（P0.05）.
