细节管理在外科护理中应用与体会 　　摘 要：目的：分析与探讨细节护理手段在神经外科护理过程中的应用方法及体会，旨在提供给外科临床护理工作更多的指导和帮助。方法：选取我院在2013年5月―2014年5月期间收治的神经外科患者120例作为研究对象，并且随机划分为正常护理组与细节护理组两组，每组患者各60例。其中正常护理组采用常规的护理方法，而细节护理组则将细节管理方法运用在护理过程中，比较两组患者的感染发生率及压疮发生率的情况。结果：通过对两组患者采取不一样的护理手段，结果显示细节护理组的感染发生率及压疮发生率分别为3.3%、3.3%，正常护理组的感染发生率及压疮发生率则分别为6.7%，8.3%，组间进行对比，细节护理组的感染发生率及压疮发生率要显著低于正常护理，差异显著，具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：根据本次的研究分析得出，对神经外科患者进行护理的过程中，使用细节护理手段，一方面有利于降低感染及压疮等疾病的发生率，减少患者患病风险，另一方面则在提高神经外科临床护理的效果的同时，保证护理服务工作质量，帮助患者早日康复，值得广泛应用。 　　关键词：细节管理；神经外科；护理工作；应用及体会 　　Abstract： Objective： To analyze and discuss the details of care practices， application methods and experience in neurosurgical nursing process is designed to provide clinical care to surgical more guidance and help. Methods： A hospital in May 2013 - May 2014 period were treated neurosurgical 120 patients for the study， and were randomly divided into normal care group with details care group two groups， 60 cases of patients. Wherein the normal care group using conventional methods of care and detail care group will detail management methods used in the care process， the incidence of infection between the two groups of patients， and the incidence of pressure ulcers situation. Results： The two groups of patients to take care of different means， showed that the incidence of infection and care group details incidence of pressure ulcers is 3%， 3% and the incidence of infection in the normal care group and incidence of pressure ulcers， respectively 5.8%， 6.1%， between the two groups were compared， the incidence of infection and care group details incidence of pressure ulcers was significantly lower than the normal care， significant difference statistically significant （P 0.05）.
