Here they continued the local conditions，truly reproduced the 600 years Southern prevailing living customs in Ming Dinasty, which retreated historical stage with brings great changes to the world. Their unique way of life and different folk customs bring the growing concern from the outside world. With the influence of economic development and macropolicy of large-scale development, Sino-foreign exchanges have become increasingly frequent. Especially in recent years, with the improving of peoples living and rapid development of the tourism industry, counter-urbanization trend is more and more obvious. The tourist resources and ecological resources in Anshun area attract a large influx of foreigners. Their short-term travel encourages the aware of tunbaonese live conditions by more people, and causes the concerns of these primitive villages by many experts and scholars. The paper made detailed investigations on cultural resources, including the distribution, selection and classification of cultural resources. Based on this investigation, we evaluated the cultural resources. According to the different resource values, we divided the cultural resource into four grades. The paper also discussed the problems may arise during the development and utilization of cultural resources. From the full protection of cultural resources, focusing on mining resources, and joint development, put forward the perspective of the protection and utilization. Keyword: Anshuntunpu, Famous Scenery Resources, Evaluation, Protection 前 言 多年来，众多学者专家对安顺屯堡文化的历史、姻源进行了大量的研究， 但在风景名胜资源的价值研究是空白。2003 至 2004 年由贵州省安顺市建设局组 织编制的《中共贵州安顺黄果树喀斯特自然景观及屯堡文化遗产地国家预备名单 申报文本》经过国家建设部审查，2005 年被国家建设部、中国教科文组织批准 为第一批全国自然文化双遗产地，申报国家级风景名胜区的紧迫性日益凸显。 为充分发掘、保护和利用屯堡风景名胜资源，提升屯堡文化的影响力和知 名度，科学合理地评价屯堡风景名胜资源，提出科学合理的保护措施、利用手段， 为申报国家级风景名胜区资源调查评价报告的形成提供详实的基础资料，同时为 屯堡文化申报自然及文化遗产、非物质文化遗产奠定工作基
