The construction of network computer platform based on pattern, provides specific criteria for the evaluation of the project on the units and individuals to undertake the project, to solve the complex work of manual evaluation, to achieve a framework fair, open, informatization evaluation system; issued units timely tracking evaluation of project information to the relevant government departments and project plan, and process control provides a comparison between domestic and foreign advanced management means, which laid the foundation for the performance evaluation management system of the future science and technology projects, and provides a model to establish the platform of evaluation system of science and technology project for the future of the third party.
