PAGE PAGE 10 Clinical research on the effects of the β-HCG and P Of Duo Li Ma with An Tai Tang treating the Early Threatened Abortion With kidney Dificiency ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effect of the Duo Li Ma with An Tai Tang on progesterone(P), human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) Of the patients of the Early Threatened Abortion, And to apporach the mechanism and the clinical sense of combination of TCM with western medicine, β-HCG and P as two of sight indexs of Early Threatened Abortion. Methods: 60 patients comforting to this study were divided into two groups randomly as Chinese Medicine (An Tai Tang) and Western medicine (Duo Li Ma) treatment group, and control group only with taking Duo Li Ma, each of them contained 30 cases. And 30 normal pregnant women were selected as normal pregnant group, just to detect the levele ofβ-HCG and P. Befre and after taking medicine two weeks, we respectively detected clinical symptoms β-HCG and P. Finally we do statistical analysis of all results what we have got with software SPSS. Results: 1.The results of observation of clinical system: 13 patiens (43.3%) recovered completely, 8 cases (26.7%) were effective obviously, 7 cases (23.3%) were effective, 2 cases (6.7%) were no effect in treatment group, the total effective rate is 93.3%; while 6 cases (20.0%) recovered completely and 7 cases (23.3%) were effective obviouly, 11 patients (36.7%) were effective, 6 cases (20.0%)were no effective in the control troup , whose total effective rate is 80.0%. There are significant difference between them by statistical analysis (P0.05).The clinical symptoms of treatment group including waist soreness scort and hypogastrium pain score had significant amendment between pretreatment and post treatment. 2.The finding of laberatory is sign manifestation: after treating β-HCG and P have conspicuously incresaed in treatment group and comparing with that of control group.
