药品库存预警与计划领药对领药效率及库存合理性影响 　　摘 要 目的：探讨药房药品库存预警与计划领药对领药效率及库存合理性的影响。方法：建立根据药房药品动态变化而自动制定药品申领单的库存预警系统。对药品库存预警及计划领药模式实施前后的库存指标及领药效率进行对比分析。结果：与实施前1个月时对比，实施药品库存预警与计划领药模式后1个月的平均每天缺药品种与平均库存天数减少，库存30 d用量比例下降；每日领药次数和品种减少，每日库存检查时间及申领单填写时间缩短（P0.05）。结论：药房实施药品库存预警与计划领药模式可使库存更合理，也能提高领药效率，具有一定的推广价值。 　　关键词 计划领药 药品库存预警 药房 库存合理性 　　中图分类号：R952 文献标识码：C 文章编号：1006-1533（2018）01-0065-02 　　Effect of early warning of drug inventory and drug receiving as planned on the drug-receiving efficiency and the rationality of inventory 　　HU Lu， LU Tao 　　（Department of Medical Affairs， General Hospital of Armed Police Frontier， Shenzhen 518029， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the effect of the early warning of pharmacy drug inventory and drug receiving as planned on the drug-receiving efficiency and the rationality of inventory. Methods： An inventory early warning system was established to automatically draw up the application form of drugs based on the dynamic change of drugs in pharmacy， and the inventory index and drug-receiving efficiency were compared before the implementation of this system and after. Results： The average daily shortage of drug varieties and the average inventory days of drugs were decreased， the dosage proportion of inventory less than 5 days was increased while that more than 30 days was decreased one month after the implementation of the system as compared with those before. Meanwhile， the number of daily drug-receiving and drug varieties and the time for daily inventory inspection and filling application form were decreased （P0.05）.
