肺癌患者外周血CEANSECYFRA21―1联合检测意义 　　摘 要：目的 研究肺癌患者外周血CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1联合检测的意义。方法 选取2016年5月～2017年5月在我院诊治的92例肺癌患者为观察组，选取同期在我院体检的92例健康者为对照组，分别检测两组外周血CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平，分析联合检测的意义。结果 观察组患者CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平均明显高于对照组，不同类型肺癌患者血清CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平对比，血清CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平随着临床分期的递增而升高，血清CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1联合检测的准确性、灵敏度对比均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 肺癌患者外周血CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1联合检测，利于临床对肺癌病理分型、分期的判断，且可作为临床病情监测和疗效判断的重要指标。 　　关键词：肺癌；血清标志物；CEA；NSE；CYFRA21-1 　　中图分类号：R734.2 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.06.052 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）06-0149-02 　　Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of CEA，NSE，CYFRA21-1 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Lung Cancer 　　YOU Jing 　　（Department of Laboratory，Longfu Hospital，Beijing 100010，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To study the significance of combined detection of peripheral blood CEA， NSE and CYFRA21-1 in patients with lung cancer.Methods The 92 patients with lung cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the observation group.92 healthy individuals who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The peripheral blood CEA，NSE，and CYFRA21-1 levels were measured separately，analysis of the significance of joint detection.Results The levels of CEA，NSE，and CYFRA21-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of serum CEA，NSE，and CYFRA21-1 in different types of lung cancer patients were compared，and the levels of serum CEA，NSE，and CYFRA21-1 were increased with the increase of clinical stages.The accuracy and sensitivity of the combined detection of serum CEA，NSE and CYFRA21-1 were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined detection of CEA，NSE and CYFRA21-1 in peripheral blood of lung cancer patients is helpful for clinical diagnosis of lung cancer pathological classification and staging，and can be used as an important index for clinical condition monitoring and curative effect judgement. 　　Ke
