老年患者静脉输液失败原因和对策 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.99 　　摘 要 目的：提高静脉输液成功率，减少患者痛苦。方法：对2011年11月-2013年10月输液治疗的1 236例老年患者根据其年龄、穿刺部位、体位、输液所需时间、护士方面等进行调查，找出输液失败的原因及对策。结果：1 236例老年静脉输液患者中有143例发生输液失败（11.56%）。由于技术因素而输液失败21例（14%）；60～70岁的患者中，失败率6.26%，而90岁的患者中失败率20.45%；输液失败3个部位中，下肢输液失败率最高，掌背次之，前臂失败率最低；卧位比坐位输液失败率高。结论：要提高静脉输液成功率，护士不但要有娴熟的静脉穿刺技术、良好的心理素质及全身心投入工作，而且更要做好健康宣告以取得患者的密切配合，才能保证顺利完成输液全过程。 　　关键词 老年患者 静脉输液 失败原因 对策 　　The causes and countermeasures of intravenous infusion failure in elderly patients 　　Liu Biying 　　Comprehensive outpatient，the Maternal and Child Hospital of Meizhou City，Guangdong 514021 　　Abstract Objective：To improve the success rate of venous transfusion，and reduce the suffering of patients.Methods：1236 elderly cases with transfusion treatment were selected from November 2011 to October 2013.Investigate the age，the puncture site，posture，the required infusion time，nurses etc，to find out the reasons and countermeasures of transfusion failure.Results：In 1236 elderly cases with intravenous infusion，143 cases（11.56%） occurred the infusion failure. The infusion failure due to technical factors were 21 cases （14%）.The caes with 60～70 years old， failure rate was 6.26%， and failure rate of over 90 years old was 20.45% . In three parts of infusion failure， lower limb infusion rate was highest， dorsal metacarpal was second， and forearm failure rates was the lowest.The infusion failure rate of recumbent position was high than seat.Conclusion：In order to improve the success rate of intravenous infusion，the nurses should not only have good venous puncture technique，good psychological quality and commitment to the work，but also to make health claims to have the close cooperation of patients，to guarantee the smooth completion of the whole process of transfusion. 　　Key words Elderly patients；Intravenous infusion；Causes of failure；Countermeasures 　　资料与方法 　　选择2011年11月-2013年10月输液的老年患者1 236例，男612例，女624例，年龄60～96岁。 　　方法：对调查对象进行登记，内容包括：年龄、输液穿刺部位、输液体位、输液所需时间、护士自身的原因等。
