腹腔镜疝修补术与充填式无张力疝修补术用于治疗成人腹股沟疝价值对比 　　DOI：10.16662/j.cnki.1674-0742.2017.23.059 　　[摘要] 目的 对比成人腹股沟疝患者分别采用腹腔镜疝修补术和充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2012年3月―2017年4月期间收治的117例成人腹股沟疝患者，随机分为实验组（59例，采用腹腔镜疝修补术治疗）和对照组（58例，采用充填式无张力疝修补术治疗），对比两组手术指标、术后并发症及复发率等情况。结果 实验组术中出血量（28.4±9.1）mL、手术时间（44.2±10.0）min、住院时间（4.2±1.4）d明显少于对照组（P0.05），实验组总有效率94.9%，显著优于对照组（P0.05）。实验组并发症发生率（3.4%）、术后复发率（0.0%）显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 成人腹股沟疝患者采用腹腔镜疝修补术治疗效果更佳，安全性好，值得推?V。 　　[关键词] 成人腹股沟疝；腹腔镜疝修补术；充填式无张力疝修补术；价值对比 　　[中图分类号] R656 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（b）-0059-03 　　Comparison of Laparoscopic Hernia Repair and Filling Type without Tension Hernia Repair Value Contrast Used in the Treatment of Adult Inguinal Hernia 　　WANG Liang-wei 　　Department of General Surgery， Lianshui Hospital of TCM， Huaian， Jiangsu Province， 223400 China 　　[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of the adult inguinal hernia patients with laparoscopic hernia repair and filling type without tension hernia repair.
