Methods： Collected the information of adult outpatients and inpatients, diagnosed with epilepsy from 2013-02 to 2014-02 at the second affiliated hospital of Soochow university. Records the the basic information such as name, age, height, weight, and the dosage ,combination with other ADEs in epilepsy database.We choosed the samples with OXC.The serum trough steady state MHD concentration of post-dose samples was measured by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).And follow-up the related adverse reaction and the clinical curative effect of three months later.At the same time analysised the relationship between concentration and dose to weight ratio(dosage/weight), and investigated the concentration and the clinical curative effect.
