股神经阻滞麻醉在基层医院膝关节手术中应用价值分析 　　[摘要]目的 探?股神经阻滞麻醉在基层医院膝关节手术中的应用价值。方法 选取2016年1月～2017年8月我院收治的膝关节手术患者60例，采用随机数字表法将其分为股神经阻滞组（股神经组）和腰硬联合阻滞麻醉组（对照组），每组30例。对照组采取腰硬联合阻滞麻醉的方法，股神经组采取股神经阻滞麻醉的方法。比较两组膝关节手术麻醉效果，镇痛维持的时间，干预前后患者血流动力学指标，恶心呕吐、尿潴留等麻醉不良反应发生率。结果 两组患者麻醉效果均满意，阻滞效果无统计学意义（P0.05）；麻醉之后股神经组血流动力学指标优于对照组（P0.05）。股神经组恶心呕吐、尿潴留等麻醉不良反应发生率低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 股神经阻滞麻醉在膝关节手术中的应用价值高，可有效提高镇痛效果，维持长时间镇痛，保持血流动力学稳定，减轻不良反应发生，值得推广和应用。 　　[关键词]股神经阻滞麻醉；膝关节手术；应用价值 　　[中图分类号] R614 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（b）-0123-03 　　Application value analysis of femoral nerve block anesthesia in knee joint surgery in grass-roots hospital 　　ZHOU Wan-fang 　　Department of Anesthesiology，the Fifth People′s Hospital in Nanhai District in Foshan City，Guangdong Province，Foshan 528231，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of femoral nerve block anesthesia in knee joint operation in primary hospitals.Methods Sixty patients with knee joint surgery from January 2016 to August 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into femoral nerve block group （femoral nerve group） and lumbar combined block anesthesia group （control group），30 cases in each group.In the control group，combined spinal-epidural anesthesia was used，while in the femoral nerve group，femoral nerve block anesthesia was applied.The anesthetic effect of two groups performed with knee surgery was compared.The time of analgesia maintenance，hemodynamic indexes before and after intervention，incidence of adverse reactions including nausea and vomiting，and urine retention were compared.Results In the two groups，the anesthetic effects were satisfactory without statistical difference in blocking （P0.05）.In the femoral nerve group，time to maintain anesthesia was longer than that in the control group （P0.05），but after anesthesia，the hemodynamic indexes in the femoral nerve group were superior to those in the control group （P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions like nausea and vomiting，and urinary retention in the femoral nerve group was lower t
