胶囊内镜对克罗恩病患者胃肠排空功能研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探究胶囊内镜（CE）对克罗恩（CD）患者胃肠排空功能的作用。方法 方便选取该院2011年10月―2014年3月该院收治的22例克罗恩病患者纳入该次研究，视为观察组，另选取同期41名来该院体检的健康者作为对照组。对比两组胃排空平均时间、小肠排空平均时间，同时记录观察组胃排空具体时间情况。 结果 观察组胃排空平均时间、小肠排空平均时间分别为（82.34±12.16）、（389.89±23.39）min；对照组胃排空平均时间、小肠排空平均时间分别为（66.14±10.52）、（269.60±20.78）min，?勺椴钜煊型臣蒲б庖澹?P0.05）。观察组13例胃排空推迟、6例胃排空正常、3例胃排空过快。结论 CE检查技术应用在CD患者胃肠排空功能的检查中，能够清楚地了解到胃肠排空的情况，具有非常高的参考价值，值得临床广泛推广应用。 　　[关键词] 胶囊内镜；克罗恩病；胃肠排空功能 　　[中图分类号] R57 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）12（a）-0077-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of capsule endoscopy on the gastrointestinal emptying function of patients with Crohns disease. Methods 22 cases of patients with Crohns disease admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2011 to March 2014 were conveniently selected as the observation group， while 41 cases of patients with physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group， and the average time of gastric emptying and average time of small intestine emptying were compared between the two groups， at the same time， the specific gastric emptying time in the observation group was recorded. Results The differences in the average time of gastric emptying and small intestine emptying between the observation group and the control group were statistically significant， [（82.34±12.16）， （389.89±23.39）min vs （66.14±10.52）， （269.60±20.78）min]（P0.05）， and in the observation group， there were 13 cases with delayed gastric emptying， 6 cases with normal gastric emptying and 3 cases with rapid gastric emptying.
