胃肠道手术患者应用舒适护理措施恢复胃肠蠕动功能效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胃肠道手术患者应用舒适护理措施恢复胃肠蠕动功能的效果。 方法 选取2013年7月～2014年8月本院收治的85例胃肠道手术患者作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（43例）和对照组（42例）。对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组采用舒适护理干预。比较两组的护理效果、术后胃肠功能恢复情况、护理满意度及并发症发生率。 结果 观察组的总恢复率为95.35%，显著高于对照组的80.95%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的术后恢复排气时间，胃管拔除时间及住院时间显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 舒适护理措施在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果显著，能够明显恢复胃肠蠕动功能，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。 　　[关键词] 胃肠道手术；舒适护理；胃肠蠕动功能 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0182-03 　　Effect observation of comfortable nursing methods on the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function in patients with gastrointestinal operation 　　LU Yan-jun QIAN Xue-zhen GAN Yan-jun 　　Department of Surgery，Songgang People′s Hospital of Baoan District in Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518105，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing methods on the recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function in patients with gastrointestinal operation.
