脑钠肽预测2型糖尿病患者并发冠心病临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨血中脑钠肽(BNP)水平与2型糖尿病患者并发冠心病及其严重程度的关系, 以确定BNP水平能否预测2型糖尿病患者并发冠心病及其严重程度。方法 测定2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者血中BNP水平,及单纯2型糖尿病患者BNP水平,比较两组患者BNP的差异以及不同类型冠心病患者之间BNP的差异。结果 2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者血中BNP水平明显高于单纯2型糖尿病患者BNP水平(P0.01),其中冠心病患者BNP水平与病情严重程度相关。结论 测定2型糖尿病患者BNP水平能预测其并发冠心病的风险,还能预测冠心病的严重程度。 　　【关键词】脑钠肽;2型糖尿病;冠心病 　　 　　Clinical study on BNPs indication of coronary heart disease combined with type-2 diabetes 　　 　　ZENG Xiao-ru,FANG Chang-geng,WANG Jun-rong. 　　Department of Cardiovascular medicine, Sanshui Peoples Hospital, Foshan 528100,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between the BNP level in blood and the probability and severity level that a type-2 diabetic patient could develop coronary heart disease at the same time, further to make certain that the BNP level can predict whether a type-2 diabetic patient would develop coronary heart disease and determine its severity level.Methods Measure the blood BNP level of type-2 diabetic patients who are developing coronary heart disease, and that of those diabetic patients who have no coronary heart disease, find out the differences in BNP level between the two groups, and the differences in BNP level among different kinds of coronary heart disease patients.Results The blood BNP level of type-2 diabetic patients who are developing coronary heart disease, is noticeably higher than that of thosediabetic patients who have no coronary heart disease (P0.01), and the BNP level of the latter group of patients is related to the seriousness of coronary heart disease.Conclusion Measuring the blood BNP level of type-2 diabetic patients can predict the risk and the severity level of developing coronary heart disease. 　　【Key words】 Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP); Type-2 diabetes; Coronary heart disease 　　 　　目前我国2型糖尿病发病率逐年升高,而2型糖尿病患者易发生急性冠脉综合征,后者死亡率极高,严重危害我国人民群众的健康。如果及早了解糖尿病患者是否并发冠心病及其严重程度,尽早给予治疗,就能有效减少急性冠脉综合征的发生,从而挽救更多患者的生命。目前冠心病的诊断方法很多,其中冠状动脉造影是冠心病诊断的金标准,但该检查费用高,操作复杂,不利于基层医院推广。其他如动态心电图、心电图活动平板试验等方法灵敏度
