脂质体紫杉醇周疗方案与普通紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌疗效及不良反应比较 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脂质体紫杉醇周疗方案与普通紫杉醇治疗乳腺癌的疗效及不良反应。 方法 方便选取该院2012年1月―2013年8月收治的乳腺癌患者60例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组采取普通紫杉醇进行治疗；观察组实施脂质体紫杉醇周疗。 结果 观察组患者的恶心呕吐症状为6.66%，对照组为23.33%，对比其皮疹、肌肉痛、面部潮红、脱发等观察指标，观察组均明显优于对照组患者（P0.05）。 结论 针对乳腺癌患者，使用脂质体紫杉醇周疗方案治疗的效果较普通紫杉醇治疗效果更为明显，值得在临床上推广。 　　[关键词] 脂质体紫杉醇；普通紫杉醇；乳腺癌；不良反应 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（c）-0138-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect and adverse reactions of weekly dose of paclitaxel liposome and normal paclitaxel in treatment of breast cancer. Methods 60 cases of patients with breast cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group were treated with normal paclitaxel and the observation group were given weekly dose of paclitaxel liposome. Results The incidence rate of nausea and vomiting symptoms was 6.66% in the observation group and 23.33% in the control group， and the observation indexes including rash， muscle pain ， flush and alopecia in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group， P0.05. Conclusion For patients with breast cancer， the treatment effect of the weekly dose of paclitaxel liposome is more obvious than that of the normal paclitaxel， which is worth clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Paclitaxel liposome； Normal paclitaxel； Breast cancer； Adverse reaction 　　乳腺癌是女性常见的临床恶性肿瘤之一，以成为我国“女性杀手”的榜首，且近年来发病率逐年上升。乳腺癌化疗治疗后的副作用成为了多数患者的噩梦，给患者的身心健康造成了严重的影响及伤害[1-2]。该文当中，针对研究乳腺癌的治疗效果，该院选取自2012年1月―2013年8月期间收治的60例乳腺癌患者进行了以下临床分析，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　方便选取在该院2012年1月―2013年8月接受治疗的乳腺癌患者60例作为研究对象，随机其分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，均为女性且病理分期均为Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期的患者。观察组：患者30例；年龄36～68岁，平均年龄（43.71±10.32）岁；Ⅱ期19例，Ⅲ期11例。对照组：患者30例；年龄35～69岁，平均年龄（43.03±10.96）岁；Ⅱ期20例，Ⅲ期10例。两组患者对比其各项基线资料均差异无统计学意义（P0.05），能够进行一个科学的研究对比。且所有患者均在知情的情况下签订本院自制的书面知情同意书，并且该研究是经过伦理委员会的批准而成立的。 　　1.2 方法 　　对照组：给予乳腺癌患者采取普通紫杉醇（生产单位：太极集团四川太极制药有限公司， 国药准字H1999 4040）进行周疗，其用药量为175 mg/m2。观察组：
