血清癌抗原联合检测在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨血清CA125、CEA及TSGF癌抗原联合检测在卵巢恶性肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值。 方法 选取本院收治的92例卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究对象，根据肿瘤性质分为恶性组39例，良性组53例。另选取60例无卵巢肿瘤患者作为对照组。检测3组的CA125、CEA及TSGF水平。 结果 恶性组的CA125、CEA及TSGF水平显著高于良性组及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。恶性组和良性组的联合检测敏感率显著高于单独检测敏感率，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 血清CA125、CEA及TSGF癌抗原联合检测可以及时鉴别诊断早期卵巢恶性肿瘤，使鉴别诊断的灵敏度大大提高，具有较高的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 卵巢恶性肿瘤；癌抗原联合检测；鉴别诊断 　　[中图分类号] R737.31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）01（b）-0142-03 　　Application value of combined detection of serum carcinoembryonic antigen in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor 　　ZOU Xiang-zhen PENG Yu-lan LIU Miao-e GUO Yang-qing 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory，Zhangmutou Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523623，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore application value of combined detection of CA125，CEA and TSGF in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumor.
